MTS Realty, LLC owns the building at 210-212 South Main Street in downtown Goshen often referred to as the Menno Travel Building, after its primary tenant. MTS Realty is owned by Sharon and Doug Risser, the two partners in the LLC.
The Exchange is the business name for two entities, The Exchange Business Suites and The Exchange Travel Services.
The Exchange Business Suites has renovated the front portion of the second floor of the Menno Travel Building and has four private business suites in addition to public space including a conference room, kitchenette, sitting areas, and storage. Added in 2019 were two additional east-facing offices, each with approximately 580 square feet and with one of them having an additional private office of 130 square feet attached. A fifth office was added for Doug Risser/MTS Realty/The Exchange
Current tenants of The Exchange include uLEAD Inc., Fourth Freedom Forum, Inc., LYNK Solutions, Orange Rose, and MTS Realty (serving as Doug's office).
